Compared to the shot below, you can see the PAP shot above provides for a better sense of scale and scope for the subject, without overemphasizing the foreground.

Furthermore, in order to avoid converging verticals, the building takes on a more pronounced perspective effect when shot from below and the photo places nearly equal emphasis on the grass in the foreground.  Notice too how the elevated shot provides better context for the sign in the front yard and the parking lot along the side.
